基本上OFDM对CFO很敏感，如果用rectangular pulseshaping, the CFO should be less than 2% of the subcarrier spacing to garantee to signal to interference (SIR) higher than 30 dB. Actually that is why there are tons of papers about the CFO estimation for OFDM systems.
There are some techniques to reduce the sensitivity to CFO for OFDM systems. For instance, PCC-OFDM proposed by Armstrong, pulseshaping-OFDM proposed by Peng Tan, OFDM/OQAM proposed by Chang. Nevertheless, non of them can eliminate the interference caused by CFO completely.
