ADS2006a无法正常运行，求达人指点，感激不尽

新建工程的时候出现下列错误信息：
Please note the following errors have occurred
  during technology file integration.
Failed to copy the file "C:/ADS2006A/de/defaults/schematic.prf.mil"
  to the project file "C:/users/default/schematic.prf".
Failed to copy the file "C:/ADS2006A/de/defaults/layout.prf.mil"
  to the project file "C:/users/default/layout.prf".
Please verify the source files exist and the destination
  files and directory are writeable.

连上网络了吗

连上了啊，不知怎么回事老是无法新建和打开工程，老出现上面所示的错误信息
