ADS的Warning解决方案

如图，求教ADS的解决方案
--- WARNING -------------------------------------------------------------------
The 2D port solver data is not available for
thick conductor feedlines, using default values (50 Ohm)
for the transmission line parameters.

帮小编顶一下

出现这个问题的时候，主要是把介质上的铜设置为intrude into the substrate，如图所示！
当设置为sheet的时候就不会有类似的warning！
有哪位大神知道这是为什么吗?

同样的设置，你试试用MW mode 和 FEM mode有何差别！?
因为RF、MW mode是 2.5D，FEM mode才是3D

确实是这样。
那对于一般的表面敷铜的介质基板，一般设置为sheet?还是intrude into substrate?
