关于solution type的选择,主要是driven modal 和driven Terminal总是搞不清楚什么情况选择那种解决方式,个人理解是在解决波导模拟的时候都是选择driven modal,而微带线都是选择driven Terminal,那位朋友能够通俗的解释一下!看教程上都是讲Driven Modal是根据波导模式的入射和反射功率表示S参数矩阵的解;Driven Terminal根据传输线终端的电压和电流表示S参数矩阵的解,但是做例子的时候有些模拟波导的也选择driven terminal,所以有些不是很明白!

1. Driven Modal - calculates the modal-based S-parameters. The S-matrix
solutions will be expressed in terms of the incident and reflected powers of
waveguide modes.
2. Driven Terminal - calculates the terminal-based S-parameters of multiconductor
transmission line ports. The S-matrix solutions will be expressed
in terms of terminal voltages and currents.
3. Eignemode – calculate the eigenmodes, or resonances, of a structure. The
Eigenmode solver finds the resonant frequencies of the structure and the
fields at those resonant frequencies.
