Notes

1. The following condition should be satisfied to get accurate results with default value of NSUM (NSUM=5):
H/l_g< 1.0, where l_g is the wavelength in the substrate dielectric material.

2. MSDSTBD models the open-end effect at each end of the D dimension and will not degenerate to a transmission line as D approaches zero.
