Toggle Complex Input Signals (CTOGGLE)

Notes

This model switches from Input1 to Input2 after a specified number of samples given by the parameter NS. In other words, the output will simply be a replica of Input1 for the duration of the first NS samples after which it outputs samples from the second input signal.
