Notes

1. The Cumulative Distribution Function (CDF) probe is similar to the Histogram probe. After determining the histogram function, it is normalized by the total number of samples. After the normalization is performed, a running sum is created to build the CDF.

2. The maximum and minimum values for the input signal waveform are determined for histo­gram bin calculations. The histogram bins exist at intervals of dx = (Max_Input - Min_Input) / nbin. The bin centers are located at x[n] = (n + 0.5)*dx + Min_Input.

3. The total number of input samples per bin are determined and displayed versus the x-axis. If the user specifies a nsamp value larger than the total number received from the source, the actual number of samples received will be used for the histogram calculation.
