Notes

1. The model is described by the following:

 where w=2pf, and f is the operating frequency.

2. If Q is not specified, then the capacitor is assumed ideal, i.e., Gd=0.

3. The exponential factor, EXP, acts on Q according to the following equation:

 where fref is the reference frequency for Q. So, when EXP=0, Q=constant, and when EXP=1, the conductance Gd in the equivalent circuit is constant.
