The parameter view window will open by choosing Results from the main menu or by clicking on Tables in the navigation tree.
Within the parameter view the combination of all parameters and results are displayed. Each combination of parameters is related to a unique Run ID generated during the calculation of the results.
Use the filtering operations to reduce the number of rows, and the hide operations to reduce the number of columns.
Update Data
During parameter sweep or optimizer calculations, press this button to update the data of the grid.
Plot Selected...
Opens a dialog to specify a name for the view where the selected results are plotted after pressing the OK button. You may select a complete result column or only specific cells in one or more result columns.
Hide Constant Parameters
Tick the check box to hide parameter columns with constant parameter values for all runs.
Filter
Tick the check box to apply a filter on the grid data with the expression defined in the edit field. The expression is stored in the drop-down-list of the expression edit field. Double-clicking on the filter expression edit field opens a dialog allowing the user to edit the filter expression. A selected column can be added to the filter expression by choosing Add Selected to Filter in the context menu.
Further operations on the grid are available in the context menu which can be opened by pressing the right mouse button:
Update Data
During parameter sweep or optimizer, or after you have calculated further results, press this button to update the data of the grid.
Plot Selected...
Opens a dialog to specify a name for the view where the selected results are plotting after pressing the OK button. You may select a complete result column or only specific result cells.
Filter Operations (to reduce the number of rows):
Edit Filter...: Opens the dialog to edit the filter. The dialog can also be opened by double-clicking on the filter expression edit field.
Add Selected To Filter: Choose an operation with which you want to add the selected column to the filter expression. The edit dialog will be opened in which you may define the settings for the condition.
Hide/Unhide Operations (to reduce the number of columns):
Hide Constant Parameters: Tick the check box to hide parameter columns with constant parameter values for all runs.
Hide Selected Columns: Hides all selected columns.
Hide Unselected Columns: Hides all unselected columns.
Hide Selected Results: Hides all selected result columns.
Hide Unselected Results: Hides all unselected result columns.
Unhide Column: All hidden columns are listed in the context menu. Choose one of them which will be displayed in the grid again.
Unhide All Columns: Unhides all hidden columns except the constant parameters if the Hide Constant Parameters check box is active.
Sorting Operations (available via the context menu or by clicking on a already selected column):
Sort by Run ID: The grid data is sorted by the Run ID column in ascending order.
Sort by Selected Column: The grid data is sorted by the selected column. Sorting again by the same column changes the sorting order between ascending and descending.
Set Parameters to Run ID...:
Opens a dialog in which you may specify a Run ID. Pressing the OK button sets the project parameters in the parameter list to the values of the parameters of the specified Run ID.
