WorkflowCST MWS Examples
General DescriptionThis example shows the typical workflow of a simulation using the time domain and frequency domain solvers. The complete description (step by step) of the example, starting from the preparation of the model geometry till to the simulation phase may be found in the printed manual CST MICROWAVE STUDIO - Workflow and Solver Overview. The example is particularly simple but it already offers the chance to show some of the outstanding features of CST MICROWAVE STUDIO, such as the parametric model representation and simulation, the parameter sweep analysis and the optimizer to reach specific goal. The example is mainly focused on S-Parameter but a description of field monitor capabilities, together with their plot options, is also provided. Finally the setup of result templates is shown, which are stored during parameter sweeping and optimization runs.
