General Description

 

The steady-state solution of an amplifier circuit is calculated according to the settings of the spectral lines task.

 

Model Description

 

The model represents an amplifier circuit with one Junction-FET transistor for VHF applications. The circuit has been designed for a narrowband signal around 144MHz, including biasing, matching and stabilisation. The transistor model is user-defined and imported from a SPICE file. The SPICE model definition can be found in the example directory (PN4416.txt). The spectral lines and waveforms for currents and voltages are calculated at the probes' locations. These are at the input and output, and at the terminals of the nonlinear device.
